Welcome to the Festival of Trees 2025!

Kindly sponsored by Kennedy Wilson & Quayside MediaCityUK

This annual project brings together businesses, community groups and individuals to decorate unique Christmas trees, which are auctioned to raise money for Francis House. 

How it Works

   Donate    

Businesses, community groups and individuals donate to decorate a tree with enticing gifts attached. The trees then go on display in our pop-up shop within Quayside MediaCityUK shopping mall for seven weeks.

   Bid    

Customers can browse trees and place bids in our shop or online. To bid, we just need your name and contact details so that we can let you know if someone outbids you or if you win. You may need to check your junk folder for email notifications.

  Win  

The highest bidders at auction close will be contacted for payment and to arrange collection of the tree and gifts. All trees come complete with lights, ready to place straight in your home or office!
